Hair Extensions Return Policy

We accept returns within 60 days of your delivery date if the packaging has not been opened or tampered with, and the extensions remain in their original packaging. Please use the included tester color swatch to match the extensions to your hair color without opening the packaging. If the product title includes "FINAL SALE," it is not eligible for return.


Wigs, Hair Toppers, Ponytail Extensions, and Hair Replacement Systems Return Policy

If the wig, hair topper, ponytail extension, or hair replacement system you ordered isn't quite what you envisioned, you have up to 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. The product must remain in its original condition as received.

While you may remove the wig, topper, ponytail, or hair replacement system from the packaging and try it on, please refrain from dyeing, cutting, styling, washing, or altering it. All returned products will be inspected to determine eligibility for a refund.

Yes, you can try it on, but remember:

  • Don't wash it
  • Don't style it
  • Don't dye it
  • Don't cut the hair
  • Don't cut the lace on the wig (if applicable)
  • Don't make any other modifications!

If the product title includes "FINAL SALE," it is not eligible for return.


Refund / Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a return and choose whether you want an exchange or refund.
  2. Print the prepaid return label we provide and drop off your package at a nearby carrier location.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process either a full refund or an exchange. This may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund or exchange has been issued.

Will I have to pay shipping fees to return my order?
No, we cover your return fees when using our prepaid return label. (Valid only for addresses in Canada and the United States. Customers outside North America are responsible for return fees.)

Are there any restocking fees?
No, we do not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 1 to 6 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used. If unavailable, store credit will be provided.

Additional Information

  • If a product's name includes "Final Sale," it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Please contact us before returning your order, as the return address may differ.
  • All returned items are inspected to determine refund eligibility. Unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.
  • We cover the return shipping fee for first-time returns. If you exchange or return an order more than once, you are responsible for all shipping fees. (Valid only for addresses in Canada and the United States. Customers outside North America are responsible for return fees.)
  • Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  • If you selected a paid delivery option at checkout, that fee is non-refundable, even if you return your order or if the carrier fails to deliver within the estimated timeframe.
