Once your order ships, all sales are final. Cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

HAIR EXTENSIONS: valid for clip-ins, invisible wire, tape-ins, sew-ins, fusion, micro-loops, nano-rings.

🔒 If the security seal is intact, you get a full refund on your payment method.

  • You have 90 days from the delivery date to initiate a return to get your free Canada Post return label. In addition to not peeling off the security seal, the packaging must be unopened and not tampered with.
  • 💡 Pro tip: Use the included tester color swatch to match the extensions to your hair color—no need to open the main packaging.

Feel free to open the package and try on your extensions! If you want to return them for any reason, no problem—no questions asked. 

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return & get your free Canada Post return label
  • Important (read carefully): Your refund will be issued as in-store credits only. This policy allows up to $500 in in-store credits refunds per year for items you chose to open, which are no longer eligible for a refund to your original payment method. This limit resets on January 1st. If you exceed this amount in a given year, we cannot accept returns for extensions with removed security seals.
  • 💡 Pro tip: Go ahead and remove the extensions from the packaging and try them on! You can return them for any reason using our free Canada Post return label and get a refund as a in-store credits. Please read above for terms and conditions.

WIGS, TOPPERS, TOUPEES, PONYTAILS

Should you decide that the wig, hair topper, toupee, or ponytail you ordered isn't quite what you envisioned, you can return it for a full refund to your payment method.

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return & get your free Canada Post return label for a full refund
  • Please ensure that the product remains in its original condition, as it was when you received it.
  • While you're welcome to remove the wig, topper, toupee, or ponytail from the packaging and try it on, please don't dye, cut, style, wash, or alter it in any way. All returned products are inspected to determine if they're eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. If the product has been modified, we can only refund you with in-store credits up to $500 a year.

  • We process returns and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving your return. 
  • If a product name ends with 'Final Sale', it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. • All tools, samples, and color swatches are final sale. 
  • You must initiate a return before sending your order back to us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  •  We pay shipping fees for your first return or exchange. Additional returns/exchanges require you to pay shipping fees.
  • Paid delivery fees at checkout are non-refundable, even if you return your order or if delivery is delayed. 
  • This return policy applies only for Canadian addresses. All USA & international orders are final sale.
